Qigong and Tai Chi at Mountain Path Kung Fu and Tai Chi Academy

Just as our Kung Fu follows a specifically crafted curriculum so too does our Qigong and Tai Chi. There are many variations on the spellings of both arts such as "Chi Kung" or "T'ai chi ch'uan" but the benefits of either practice under any name are well known. Often considered "soft" or "internal" arts and sometimes even regarded as soft or internal types of Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Chi Kung are well known for their vast health benefits. The impact free nature of these arts allows for practitioners of any age to enjoy the health and physical benefits and calming sense brought about by steadfast practice. Tai Chi lessons and Chi Kung Lessons can be enjoyed as a balance and complement to our Kung Fu lessons or as a stand alone practice.

Qigong Special Class

By popular demand, Mountain Path Kung Fu and Tai Chi Academy in partnership with Mountain Path Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine is pleased to announce a special Qigong private group practice opportunity for instruction. Please call ahead for availability of this class offered only on Tuesday and Thursday morning and select availability on Saturday's.

The private group practice consists of a roughly 30 minute period of instruction followed by a 35 minute guided Qigong Practice. The practice concludes with brief guided meditation and calming period.

There is a 10 participant minimum at a cost of $50.00 per participant. No other enrollment, fees or costs are associated.
